Dear sir,

We had booked 3 tickets to kolkata by bokaro howrah fast passenger for 18th june. Later we came to know that the train is canceled. All the trains in that route is canceled permanently from 15 th june.

After cancelation of tickets they have cut cancelation charge of rs 570.

We request you to refund the cancelation amount. My pnr no is. [protected]

Dear Jayashree Nair,

As per IRCTC norms, the Train has cancelled by authority concern there is no deduction in cancellation charge. So you may claim 100% of fare from IRCTC. Also noted that it will be auto refunded to your account by IRCTC.

I have canceled the ticket dated on 20th may 2017 . I have received the message regarding refund that they will refund within 3-4 days .But I have not recieved the amount . My cancellation id attached to the file . Train no - 16523 ( karwar express).so kindly refund the amount as early as possible.
