[protected] Forwarded message[protected]Sir, Most humbly I beg to say that I have cancelled four e tickets (PNR NO [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) on 22nd March 2020. The cancellation charge is already refunded by IRCTC on 31st March, 2020 which is credited to my A/c on 08th April, 2020. But the remaining amount which is refunded by IRCTC on 23rd March, 2020 to the bank, it is still pending. Till date it is not credited by IRCTC or bank to my account.
