Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Regarding failed transaction refund

Hi Sir/madam,

I tried to book a ticket yesterday (8th July, 2021) which is failed to book and show that "No seats available - Transaction dropped". But amount was debited from my account. Please rectify my complaint as early as possible and credit the same amount.
