Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Regarding my refund against a train cancellation.

I booked two train tickets from Haldwani to Old delhi railway station for the date - 21 may 2023 which got cancelled due to certain reasons.It has been almost a week and i have got no response from irctc regarding the refund.
