Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Regarding non refund of ticket amount of cancelled train.

I have a reservation in train no - 12416, for which i have received a message from DM-IRSMSA just 2:30 hrs before the actual departure of train, that train no 12416 has been cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances, just after that i confirmed the same on NTES which also shows the same status, but train is departed from the station after some hours without any intimation, finally i miss the train and not received a ticket amount from irctc.

So, please return my ticket amount, which is applicable in case of train cancellation, my reservation details are given below:
