Hello Sir, Regarding refund amount after cancellation of E-ticket. Refer to our E-tickets cancelled vide above PNR No details on 11/03/2017 to 23/03/2017. kindly advise the status of Refund of above said cancellation E-ticket. I have already two time send the mail regarding refund amount but your department is not responsible no reply. And your irctc login show me refund date but i will check here is not received any amount. Please treat it most urgent. I don’t have received any amount.
