[protected] the ticket was booked under tatkal waiting list on 27/09/2017 and the ticket was cancelled on the same day under waiting condition and the refund amount was shown as 6220 and irctc my account shows that the refund was made on 28/09/2017, but i have not received the refund amount yet and customer care of irctc is busy 24*7 over the telephone
