I am nandini rajdev. I booked a train ticket with pnr no. [protected] for 14 april and the refund status is showing 575+60 refunded to the account and the refund date is 8 april but i didn't receive any refund in my account. Please help me to rectify this issue as soon as possible. I have sent multiple mails but they always generate a ticket id and never resolves it. Below is the response for my issue
