Dear sir/madam, I have filed tdr on internet against pnr no. [protected], transaction i.D- [protected] on 18-nov-2015. Tdr status is shown as “cr registered “against irctc reference no for this is: [protected]. Despite a lapse of over 6 months the refund has not been credited into my bank account. Such delays must be checked personally by the ccm/refund or concerned zonal railways, and take remedial measures to avoid such delay in future.
