Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — regarding the deduction of money but not giving any ticket and any confirmation of deduction
My complaint is against irctc as they deducted money from my account two time but they didn't have me any confirmation of the ticket and gave me any kind of message and showed that transaction is failed two times but everytime they deducted money but didn't gave me any ticket. My name is vinod kumar and i would like to request that please gave my money back my id on irctc is khaiwalvin so pls provide my money back
