Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Regarding unnecessary transaction without e-ticketing

There are so many transaction in my respective bank account without getting e-ticket. At the time of booking all details are fulfilled but there are no any ticket confirm or waiting not recieved by me, but irctc charges deducted what's going on! I am not understanding.
In this regard please do needful as soon as possible, we are facing a lot of problems for that activity.

With reference to the transaction no:-[protected] and[protected], this is to inform you that i was booking ticket in train no:-12877 (Garib rath) from ranchi to kanpur central. The ticket booking failed but the amount of rupees 882.8 was debited from my bank account
So, i request u to refund my money.
