Dear sir, My IRCTC user account disabled saying wrong password/user name but i am 100% sure i have given the correct credentials however it is disabled and could not even recover the account through reset password. Hence I am requesting to remove my Mobile no from IRCTC database so that I can signup for with new user account. While paying through debit card I faced a problem. My money was debited from the card but I didn't receive the ticket as the transaction.
