Dear sir/madam, i have booked a ticket and unknowingly paid via credit & debit card/net banking/wallet (Powered by paytm) as system did not allowing me to payment by sbi debit card.
Due to some reason i have cancelled the same ticket on 9th oct and irctc shows the amount refunded on 12th oct 2017 and bank shows as paytmag but unfortunately the amount not yet been credited to my sbi bank a/c (Ticket booked via sbi debit card). I wrote a mail '[protected]@irctc.co.in' but no one responded.
Request your help and solve the issue on priority basis
