[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Request for refund for train last minute destination change-late intimation-travelling with pet with all formalities done | |
Greeting Team It was to my surprise of pathetic experience with IRCTC, I was supposed to travel with my wife and pet (4 month) with all formalities done, coupe allocation done, parcel office ticket challan done for my pet, but at around night 11:00 PM, I received a message stating "train will not reach its destination i.e (Bengaluru - SBC) rather train will stop at Andhra Pradesh(SSPN), in my case as I was supposed to travel with my pet, how would I have continue my train journey as the pet travelling formalities needs to be done 24 hrs before travelling, with the train, infact no train were done in the required route as checked with customer care. Please help us in getting the first class ticket refund, As I had booked my tickets online, when called customer care there was no available way to cancel my tickets, not even in the irctc ticket log in portal . Below are my details.
