[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Retiring room refund on train cancellation | |||||
Dears sirs I booked retiring room at cennai central(Mas) station from 05.12.2015, 7:00am to 06.12.2015, 7:00am with transaction id [protected], rr reference no masrr296660 and travel authority [protected] but the train 12433/rajdhani exp. Was cancelled and the train ticket got cancelled automatically. As per rule, retiring room bookings should get cancelled automatically within 96 hours of check-in time, in case of full cancellation of prs ticket but i have not gotten refund yet. I have also mailed you on 01.01.2016 and 21.03.2016 for the same to [protected]@irctc.Co.I, but i got neither reply nor refund. Please do needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
