It's highly disappointing that even while traveling in shatabdi (Luxurious train), passengers are facing issues regarding basic moral behavior and ethics by irctc appointed workmen. Shatabdi includes a facility of carrying its passengers conveniently through out their journey but there is no harmony and positive attitude of helping passengers in workmen. Its a request to concerned officers to have a check on appointed workmen about their dealings with passengers, especially of train no. - 12014. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
