After logged in, i checked the preferred bank details then after i logged out but the 'preferred bank details' stills remains on the page. Please see the attached image.
Another incident, while booking tatkal ticket, it was showing that 50 is available then after booking i get 'waiting list 12' after that when i check the availability status the app displays '20' still available. If 20 available after booking the ticket then how come i get waiting list?? Serious flaw with the booking system.
Another incident, while booking the transaction failed because "booking not allowed" error, money deducted by my account is 3063 while refunded amount is 3000. Why i pay service charge in case of failed transaction
