We would like to bring to your notice about mass cheating of selling tea for rs 10/- in the morning on 15th march by stall contractor karan chouhan trolly no 8 at nizamudin station. Display of prices on board indicates price of 1 cup of tea is rs. 7/- photo attached for your record.
Due to morning hrs and short stay at station, rep at karan chouhan were selling tea for rs 10/-
When complaint about same and display board, their excused by themselves that no change is available for every customer.
How much money they must be making with or without contractors knowledge and mass cheating to passengers of every train arriving on platform.

I was travelling by ltt haridwar a c express in coach a2 seat 1 & 3. On 14th march 2016 from 0755 hrs onwords
Cleaning gang posted in train came by 0200 pm and cleaned up and requested me to fill up feedback form. I gave good report and asked whether they will visit some more times as we were travelling for more than 24 hrs, they assured me. After our dinner by 0900 pm, i expected them to come & clean the area. Nobody came and i wanted the garbage to be disposed, i took the same and i found garbage bin overflowing and some of the garbage was thrown in between coach joint. Whole area was filthy and even could not go toilet. It was sad state of affairs and the feedback form has included that these areas are kept clean. Although i signed the feedback in advance& i felt re grated. Next day on 15th march during stop over, i went around nizammuddin delhi station to find out about cleaning gang, i found them with a sound sleep in coach b 8. I had to remind them about the promised mad about cleaning. All the filth was removed after 30 minutes.
My suggestion that feed back form should be presented at the end of journey so that correct facts could be noted in feedback form.
I hope necessary action will be taken to prevent such instances
