Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Status for booking show 'book now', after payment transaction fails with 'no seats'

Today Dec9th, I tried to book ticket for Dec24th of 2015 from SBC to BZA. I found a train "VSK SUVIDHA" with status for SL as "GNWL 39/WL25, Book Now". After completing all transaction details and payment it returns are 'No seats available'. On my enquiry to customer care, they informed as not to try again as ticket will not be booked. The amount will be returned after three days. This is annoying to allow booking and after payment say 'No seats available'. Transaction ID: [protected]
