@eCateringIRCTC My pnr no. [protected] traveling from Dibrugarh to GUWAHATI..train no. 12423 Meals served by pantry is substandard & poor in quality... whereas we have already paid for quality meals..moreover food were cold... When enquired about the meal the pantry card manager doesn't have any appropriate answer... Many more co-passengers have also complained the same... My appeal to IRCTC to take appropriate measures to redress the matter...and requesting to exclude the meals from the ticket ... Was this information helpful? | |
