Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tatkal refund for unbooked tickets

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600035

I have tried to book a tatkal ticket on 14/12/2018 from chennai to
Ramanadhapuram the ticket didnt get booked but an amount of 890 was
Debited from my debit card ending [protected], it is not been
Refunded yet, please process the refund immediately.

I have also sent my bank statments reflecting the same

Ticket id:-2740995

I have forwarded my complaints to [protected]@irctc.co.in they said it has been forwarded to concerned team, but still i have not received any proper response
