Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tatkal ticket is booked in w/l even we selected option as "book only if confirm berths are allotted"

As per my experience while booking Tatkal tickets, if we select option as "Book only if confirm berths are allotted". Ticket wont book in Waiting List and will ask option as after payment deducted from account. if we click on if will book in W/L and click on it wont book it in W/L. Amount will be credited in beneficiary account within 3 - 5 days. But in New layout it's not happens even we selected option as "Book only if confirm berths are allotted"

Why i need to loss the cancellation amount. Will go for consumer court.

As per my knowledge, my ticket is booked Tatkal Quota - W/L - 6 & 7 and they are allowed upto W/L 90. Even i observed after chart prepared my tickets are in W/L - 4 & 5. Why they are giving to allow upto W/L 90.

-Is it make sense Tatkal Ticket W/L 90 will confirm? How much we are loss for one train and if we calculate for whole trains how much Indian citizens are loss

Why you are providing Tatkal tickets upto W/L 100 for so much trains and why you are not balancing how many tickets are will confirm.

Please find attached etatkal waiting not cancelled automatically why and also not refund it

"Book only if confirm berths are allotted" option was selected while booking tatkal tickets. But still ticket got booked with TQWL/2 & TQWL/3.
Firstly, Why did the ticket get booked when confirmed berths were not available? And then if this ticket doesn't get confirmed there is a cancellation charge of Rs. 60 (for 3AC tickets) per passenger.
Indian railways is looting CUSTOMER.
Even the IRCTC wallet is ###. To load amount into the wallet, there is some extra fee. And then after loading, when we use the IRCTC wallet for a booking there is another extra convenience fee.
We should actually drag the IRCTC to court and teach them a lesson.
