Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tatkal waiting list refund

Please help me on my refund for tatkal waiting list eticket cancellation as no refund is provided yet despite raising a ticket to [protected]@irctc.co.in, just they are forwarding mail again and again with no update and change in status.My details are-

Boarding Kalyan
Date 30/04/2019
My Ticket Id for complaint to [protected]@irctc.co.in is 3770918, It is such a pathetic service as they are not ready to help us in any circumstance, neither supporting in any matter too.
