I travelled on 15 dec via up sampark kranti and i booked my tickets for 2nd ac. I paid the amount for 2nd ac. It was rac. I got 3rd ac on the day of journey upon confirmation.. I filed a tdr to refund my money. It has been 1 month. They have not refunded my money and invested my money in the stock market to make their personal profit.
I had been requesting them begging them to refund my money but there is no response from their end.

I request consumer forum to fine them heavily for their malicious intent

Updated by Anushruti Sharma They have not yet taken any action. I have not received my refund till now...can you do something about it
