I booked a ticket with PNR No: [protected], schedule journey for 12.11.2015.
However the train was delayed more than 03 hours. Since it did not served my purpose, i had to take alternate options.
I have filed a TDR for the refund which has been refuded to accept.
Please process my request and initiate refund.
