Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — TDR filed on 20/10/2014 but rest of the half amount yet not got till date. | |||||
I have booked an e-ticket from IRCTC to travel on date 19/10/2014 via PNR no [protected] on 12361 ASN CSTM SUP EXP (whose Sch. Dep. was 19/10/2014 19:45 hrs.) which was late more than 3 hours and actually departed on 20/10/2014 11:10 hrs. I filed TDR at 20/10/2014 09:48 hrs. Firstly CR refund only half amount stating below the status of my complaint. With reference to complaint no. W/CR/BB/[protected] it was mentioned that "As per record available in refund menu, A Sahu has travelled as per Electronic Deposit Receipt(EDR) and B Sahu has not travelled as per EDR. Hence as per rule only 1 passenger is eligible for full refund due to train late for more than 3 hours." The train (12361 ASN CSTM SUP EXP) actual departure was 20/10/2014 11:10 hrs. and the train (12321 HWH MUM MAIL) in which I have travelled on the same date (20/10/2014 12:40 hrs) with PNR no. [protected]. I have got only half of the amount refund (Rs. 2140/-) whereas I have got approval for refund (Closing statement of my complaint no. W/CR/BB/[protected]; on website www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in, ) The closing statement of my complaint was "An amount of Rs.2140/has been arranged as refund through PO 305103 dated 10.08.16 against PNR [protected] to IRCTC for arranging on line credit to party."But yet I haven't got refund of my rest amount.
