Dear sir, i am medical student. I booked a eticket for my journey from rampur to howrah. And the pnr no is [protected]
My date of journey was 13-july -2023 but this train got canceled on 12-july, so i booked the another ticket in tatkal category but later i got the text message that this train is restored again and will be started from another station, as i already booked the ticket in another train i had to cancel this one, so i filed the TDR but i was not able to file it because their app was not woking, then i mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in to file the TDR…
But they opted the wrong reason of filing TDR “train is delayed by more than 3 hours” while the actual reason was “unable to cancel due to train recovered after cancellation”
So i mailed them again on 12-july-23, that TDR reason is wrong please file the another TDR, and they replied that my mail has been forwarded to concerned department.
But on 19 july i got the mail that my TDR is repudiated due to invalid reason(as train was not late more than 3 hours)
So i want my refund as this is not my fault, first train got cancelled and i had to rebook the other train in emergency and pay extra Tatkal charges also.and secondly i am not getting refund of my ticket.
Please look into the matter and ask them to refund my money(2300 inr) Was this information helpful? |
