Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — TDR not refunded

I had filed for a TDR (ID:[protected]) for my ticket in BBS Rajdhani scheduled to depart from Hijli on 10 jan with PNR:[protected], I waited for the train but it kept getting late so I couldn't travel and filled a TDR, the train was about 18 hrs late and I could not travel.I paid full amount of the ticket (₹1493) and didn't even travel.Now my irctc app shows TDR Repudiate as status and I have not received any refund. Please provide me the necessary refund for the same.
