PNR:[protected] Tickets were booked for 3 passengers. Two were confirmed while 1 was waitlisted. The waitlisted passenger did not travel.Thus as per below policy we had to file TDR writh in 72 hours of arrival at destination. https://www.services.irctc.co.in/beta_htmls/REFUND%20RULES%20wef%201-Jul-13.pdf We reached at our destination at Saturday, 21 November 2015, 08:10:00 while I filed TDR on Monday, 23 November 2015, 14:58:00 (Transaction ID [protected]) thus the difference is less than 55 hours, but still the refused TDR mentioning " Invalid TDR Timestmap : WL " If anyone from IRCTC reads this, please reply.Otherwise.
