I booked an e-ticket from NZM to Pune for train 04417 NZM-PUNE special. The tain starts from NZM at 5.15 am. However, due to change of plans i wanted to cancel my booking and saw on the IRCTC that the chart has been prepared 6 hours before departure as against 4 hours. Due to this, i had to file a TDR at 22:54 the previous day. The refund has still not been credited in my account.
