Dear Sir, I had filed TDR on[protected] for PNR number [protected]. Reference No for this is :[protected] The coach C1 in which seats were allotted to passengers was not attached in the train at all. When the passengers found that there is no coach C1, they asked about it to TT who told them that this coach was not attached today in the train for some reason and asked them to file a TDR. You can check with the concerned authorities that C1 coach was not present at all that day and due to this passengers could not board the train and forced to file TDR. I still have not got the refund and on the irctc site also, no record for this TDR is being shown. Please look into this matter asap. Thanks, Deepak Was this information helpful? | |
