I have booked online e ticket through irctc.co.in, worth rs.2265/-, confirmed 3a ticket from jabalpur to singrauli, under pnr-[protected], date and time of journey was 4th nov16 23:50, the train got late by more than 6hrs due to some accident and finaly decided to depart on diverted its route and not touching singrauli i. E. My destination, hence i filed tdr on 5th nov 3:00hrs. Till now after more than 6-months, not got refund, status of tdr attached in the emage. Was this information helpful? | |||||
