I have filed a tdr for pnr no. [protected] on 9th aug-2019 as train was more than 9-10 hrs late. My refund registration no. Is[protected].
Pay order has been created on 25/9/2019 but still i have not received my refund and status is "payment is under process". How much time will it take to get the payment processed? It has been more than 5 months from the date of tdr filing.
