I had filed a TDR on 17 MAY 2017 for PNR number [protected]. As the train departure was delayed by more than 3 hours. However, the TDR was filed for 4 passengers out of 6 passengers. We had to reach our destination early and hence we opted a bus due to this delay of departure of train.

Please note that the TDR was filed only for passengers who did not travel due to delay of more than 3 hours in departure.
The status of the TDR was CR registered and suddenly after a month it was rejected. the reason was mentioned as passenger travelled and hence rejected. However, I have not travelled. I need to file a complain to resolve the issue, however, the TDR details or history is also now not available in my login profile.
