ON 25.04.22 i filled TDR because my train was running more then 3 hours late. I called customer care and they told me to mail with my PNR no with reason to file TDR.

Hope you understand the issue,
My mother is senior citizen and she was traveling alone how a old lady can take the train if the train late more than 3hour, at around 2am at patna station.
When i get to know that train was delay by more than 3hours i immediately called customer care and filled the TDR .
If the train is late then whose fault is this?
and due to delay of more then 3 hours if passenger is not traveling then why not we will get the refund?
Please do the needful sir and refund the amount.
