Reason for TDR: Train running late by more than 3 hours; passenger did not travel
The train was delayed by more than 3 hours at the boarding station, and as per IRCTC refund rules, I understand that a full refund is applicable in such cases if the passenger does not undertake the journey. I did not board the train.
I kindly request you to reconsider my case and process the refund, as the delay was significant and I did not travel. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation required to support my claim.
