Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tdr repudiate due to wrong reason | |||
I booked a tatkal ticket on 25th october in the irctc official app but on 26th i came to know that the train is late more than 12 hrs. So i decided to file a tdr and then booked a ticket on 29th and then went on 30th but today in my bookings it is showing tdr repudiate due to passenger travelled but i did not travel as you can see i have attached a copy of my bookings and it clearly states that i travelled on 30. The irctc needs to see about it and they don't have a customer support team. They should also work on this. Please help me with that. The booking shows tdr repudiate.
