Hi, I have booked two tickets for train number 17651 from Puttur to Kacheguda dated : 23/11/2015, my ticket was confirmed. Due to Chennai floods, train got cancelled. Train Number : 17651 PNR No:[protected] Date of Journey: 23-Nov-2015 I filed TDR but it is rejected stating that "TRAIN NOT LATE BY MORE THAN 3 HRS. AND TDR NOT FILED WITHIN ACTUAL DEPARTURE OF THE TRAIN". Please look into it on priority. [protected]Ticket id given by customer care. Thanks
