Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the repudiation of my TDR for PNR [protected], dated 05-Aug-2023.
I had booked a ticket in ixigo app from SMVB to PER on 05-Aug-2023, but the train got late from more than 3 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day at 09:19 hrs. However, the status of my TDR is showing as "Case Repudiate" with the reason "NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED".
I am unable to understand why my TDR has been repudiated. I did not travel on the train. and I attached the ticket of that, and another train travelled.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and process my TDR refund at the earliest. I have incurred a financial loss due to the repudiation of my TDR.
