[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — TDR request repudiate | |||||
We have booked some online tickets for our marriage purpose. PNR's listed below - [protected], [protected], [protected] But due to train route diversion between Kanpur (CNB) to Lucknow (LKO), train got cancelled in Kanpur station as per status on journey dates. As per communication with irctc care team (a very late reply) that "we have filed the TDR request". Then again after a long time I have received mail that your TDR request repudiated. Firstly passengers can book tickets 4 month before (very difficult to plan) & then IRCTC/Railways cancel the train without any prior intimation. At least they should give an intimation via sms or mail. At that day the train status showing cancelled at Kanpur station & if train depart next day or delay then there is no sense of travel. I am tired of sending the chaser to [protected]@irctc.co.in...no reply at all. What a passenger can do in this situation ? Could you please tell me why TDR request was cancelled ? Just booked tickets in tatkal through online. Got transaction no. [protected] and pnr no. Is totally empty and i didnt even get a single msg neither for regarding seat confirmation nor refund. And when it comes to booking, money will be deducted first and no confirmation about proper statement
