I have filed tdr for my ticket on 07/01/2020 which has been repudiated. The reason stated is - 'passenger has travelled'.

But in fact the passenger (My father mr. Naresh prasad) has not travelled in that train as it was running late for more than 3hrs.
Passenger has travelled in another train which was booked in current online quota.

Please make it clear that how can same passenger tavel in same route on same time in two different trains.
I have attached e-ticket of that train from which passenger has actually travelled.
I want the full refund as soon as possible
