Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Tdr request repudiated through edr/ecrs | |||||
I have filled tdr against [protected] and after few days they have repudiated it. When i called customer care they said it is repudiated because you have filed tdr 2 times. But i did not file it 2 times and there is no way on irctc website to file the tdr 2 times. Caustomer care said that please send email to [protected]@irctc.com. I have emailed them to reopen this and process tdr again. But i have not hear back from there side after sending several reminder. Now my money i stuck. Please help me to refund amount.
