Dear Sir/Madam, We (Neelam Ghai, 67 & Manish Kr Ghai, 37) had booked ticket from AGC to NDLS journey date 14-Feb-2022 (PNR-[protected]), but the train was showing late from more than 4 hours. I got 8 messages from TM-IRSMSa (Indian Railways) from 12:44 to 19:26 about the status of my train. Based on this information shared by Indian Railways, I tried to cancel that ticket on the same day but unable to cancel it. Then, I had filed the TDR on the 17-Feb-2022. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. We was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so we had decided to book ticket for another train so that we can reach our destination on time. I request you to help us on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. Was this information helpful? |
