There must be a transference in berth status (Available) while booking ticket especially when tickets are available within hundred.
Through this pnr i have booked ticket for six person out of which two senior citizen and two person more than fifty age. Basically i was tried to book with condition to have lower berth, not available. Then i thought if i get any two middle berth also we can adjust to travel at least, out of sixty five available berths and i have booked the tickets, finally i got all the ticket in upper and side upper berth status.
Due to this ticket status and i have cancelled all the tickets there is no other way either. Almost 80 per cent of money deducted against the ticket cost and rest refunded to my account.
The problem is that if the berth status should have shown in the system (On count basis) i would have not even try to book the ticket. Now i lost my 80 per cent of money due to this effort.
Kindly enhance the system to show the berth status (Availability) in the page while booking the ticket.
