I paid for my ticket in karnataka express journey scheduled on 2 nd feb from delhi to jalgaon on 12th december. I did my transaction from axis bank savings account, my amount got deducted but ticket was not generated nor is the booking history. I got this reference number pur/irctc/delhi/irctc/seq no[protected]. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
