I had already complained on 21st july and now is the second time. My refund for ticket cancellation is not credited. I had cancelled ticket on 15th july.

Refund amount - rs 1695

In the website it is showing already refunded on 15th july
Bank name - payumpp

Please let me know when my money will be credited. Already it is 13th day.
