Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket booked and train diverted. no prior information/intimation on this | |||
I have booked train tickets for my parents (Senior sitizens) in tata - yeswantpur (18111) train from visakhapatnam (Vskp) to chitradurga (Cta) journey dated 11.08.17. Train was diverted from vijayawada (Bza) and we didn't get any information on this. Again i have booked from vskp to bza to catch the 18111 train at bza on 18.08.17. For this i have done reservation from vskp to bza and bza to cta. They reached to day at bza and come to know it was diverted. My parents would have to reach last week to attend my daughter birthday. Due to inconvenience caused by irctc they faced lot of problems and mentally disturbed. Irctc con't repay their truble. Even though irctc is responsible for this and give the answer to me and has to pay rs 500000 for their irresponsibility. Was this information helpful? | |||
