I have been trying to book a ticket from jaipur to mumbai since last seven days but every time website of irctc crashed and i was just helpless. If a government sector entity will provide this kind of services then imagine how the others will serve. Completely disappointed with the services which have been provided by the irctc. I filedTDR on 1st march 2017 as the train was rescheduled after 17 hours. I had to attend a meeting in Patna but I was unable to attend it. My PNR no [protected]. Cancellation Id [protected]. Journey date 01/03/2017. From NTSK to PNBE. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

I booked tatakal tickets for 2 persons in 12628 in 2-6-2017 . I got charged Rs 13000 but the fare of tatakal tickets was 5000. Why I was charged 3 times. I booked ticket from delhi to Bangalore. Who is responsible for my loss ????
