This is the worst ticket booking service in the world. This service is only for the agents not for the customer. Everyday at the time of tatkal ticket booking this service undergoes maintanence or there are errors during booking. I would tell each and every customer not to book the tickets using this service. This service is the worst service in booking tickets.
