Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket booking

I have tried to book the ticket for

Train no./name: 22691 / rajdhani exp
Ticket type: e-ticket
From: secunderabad jn (Sc) 27 oct 2019
To: jhansi jn (Jhs) 28 oct 2019 00:00 hrs
Booking date: 26 oct 2019
Boarding station: secunderabad jn (Sc)
Date of boarding: 27 oct 2019 00:00 hrs

The amount from my credit card is debited but ticket status is showing "pending from bank end".
Please either cancel the ticket and refund my amount or complete the booking so i can cancel. I have booked another ticket after this pending transaction.
